Founded in 2016, Paola Poggioli – CEO of Novi Accounting, set out to establish a bookkeeping business that would allow her work with small businesses in Florida, with the primary goal of saving clients both time and money and allowing them to focus on growing their business.
Novi Accounting is your all-in-one small business solution for accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, bill pay, taxes, and management. Setting up your accounting functions correctly when you start your business may save you from making costly errors down the road. It’s important that your accounting system provides you with the information you need to manage your business.

Paola is our Founder and CEO. Paola with over 11 years of experience, is dedicated to maintaining accurate and timely financial records for all clients. Paola focus is to help clients understand their finances and alleviate any worries.
CARLA POGGIOLI
Chief Financial Officer
Carla has comprehensive knowledge of administration and accounting principles, with extensive experience in service companies. Carla works closely with Paola to identify and implement improvements at Novi’s Services to streamline processes and increase efficiency and productivity.
MARIA E. RODRIGUEZ
Chief Operations Officer
Maria Eugenia is a Project Manager with more than 13 years of experience. At Novi, she is in charge of our internal processes’ implementation, communications, and client services compliance creating the highest levels of efficiency. Maria Eugenia provides insight in gathering all data for analysis and reports for clients in order to improve their financial health and productivity.
ANDREINA SANTAELLA
Business Consultant
Andreina is the latest addition to our team. She has an MBA from I.E Business School, and over 12 years of experience in creating business opportunities for companies to build and expand their footprint, and increase sales growth. She focuses in creating new businesses opportunities, laying out Business Plans and Financial Models for clients who want to start up a new venture or improve their current organizations.
